Ahhh... Christmas

I have to cay that I am completely in the christmas mood. I am listening to the Josh Groban CD Dad and Sharon gace us last Christmas and I have a pumkin spice candle bravely trying to pretend it is a fireplace going and I am so realxed. This is not how my day was supposed to go. It was supposed to be a crazy hectic day... until I fainted at the table at Cora's Restaurant.... oops. There were some nurses at the next table that kindly cared for me and patted me with wet paper towels. haha... I got free orange juice and taost though.... Anyway. Matt was in the middle of trying to change the tires himslef which wasnt going to well either so he gave up and was on his was to our mechanic to get the tires changed. I told him to keep going..who knows when we'll have time to do that again. So I enjoyed the comapny and the breakfast at Cora's and I was feeling a lot better. Meanwhile Matt stopped off at Walmart to get some cash and he was in such a hurry that he forgot his cash.. thanksfully a nice Matt ran after him and caought up to Matt just as he was getting in the car and gave him his money. We just seem to run into the nicest people. I mean really. Anyway. Once Matt was done all of us girls had made it to Wilmont church where a 10,000 Viallages trade fair thingy was ahppening. We perused for awhile I couldnt find anything that really fit into the budget and I was getting tired.. thankfully Matt came in time. Then he took me home and I cleaned up a bit so I could actually relax. Matt cooked some lunch and then he went to Rudi's birthday party alone. I thought I should just stay home and relax. I am really enjoying it...it has been such a long time. I'm reading.. snacking... puttering a bit but enjoying myself immensely. Sometimes not feeling well is a great ooportunity to relax. :)
Anyway. Work has been going really well. I have been working a lot! Which is good because then I dont miss Matt so much. I think that this is his busyest semester yet and I think it is a tough one. He is working hard and doing his best so that is great! Other than having something to go to or do every night we are having a great time. I hope yyou are all enjoying your time preparing for Christmas I wish someone would just come here and surprise me by decorating my apartment for Christmas... I am all thumbs when it somes to that stuff. anyway... my candle is working for now and I think I might turn it into a centerpeice.. I just have to pick up some supplies and time :)
Have fun decorating and I love you all!

Fainted? Oh my... are you OK now? I hope your afternoon of rest really helped.
I really like the Josh Groban CD too. I'll get my Christmas CDs out of storage on Dec.1st. Can't wait. I too am in the Christmas mood. I've been shopping for everyone for a long time now and I'm almost done. Now I'm anxious to decorate and attend concerts, etc. I love Christmas. When do you think you're going to come over? I'd love to know when Pakie Night is.
Don't sell yourself short on your decorating skills... I saw that wreath you made your mom. You can do it! :D
Take care of yourself... no more fainting. Love you LOTS! TK

I guess the body tells us when we over do it. We faint or catch a cold or something else that makes us slow down and take care of ourselves. Glad it happened where it did, see, even then God looks after us. Making sure all the right people are in place. I hope your weekend is going well. Mine is. We have some snow here now on the ground, and I contemplated taking the sled out. But decided to sit back and cook dinner, serve cake and relax. The boys are here, so it is macaroni day. Yahoo!
Have a good week you both, hope to see you soo. Take care of yourselves, love, DAD.

Hope you are feeling better after a bit of rest. Sounds like you will have to slow down for a while and take it easy. Good that you had some nurses close by to help. Sharon has had our Josh Groban cd on too.Too bad Matt is having such a bussy semester but glad to hear that he is working hard at it, keep up the good work Matt. Hope you both have a nice relaxing week-end. Love you both.....take care .....Dad

Take it easier girl!

I must share that I am not overdoing it with the decorating thing. There are time issues involved and it sounds like you have the same ones:):) So just hang up a thingy or have a centerpiece...and it's just as festive! And .... you'll only have one thing to put away, which fits in well with the...you know..."issues".
No more of that fainting stuff now, ya hear!
