Delish!

Alright... for starters my camera has been having a few issues. Annoying? YES! But at least you can see the picture of what I made :)
I was talking to Dianna on the phone last night and we were telling each other about really great recipes. I am going to send her this one. They are really called "Cheese Danish" But they have since been dubbed "Eskimo Nachos" I think I like that name better.
Things this way are going really well. I am excited for my Mom and Dad to come visit on the 16-18. I also am getting a day off on that monday since I have to close up the daycare a few days. I am looking forward to that a lot. We are going to go visit the waterfall.. fall brook falls It is such a nice place to go and enjoy the waterfall. i think Dad is excited too... I always remember family vacations including a waterfall whenever possible.

Matt is up in Cambelton this week staying at a Super 8 Hotel. He is also spending time with our friend Aaron while he is up there. Aaron has an engineering job up there.

Tonight I am going to Annelie's house. I got her a plnt for her birthday and I am going to take some eskimo nachos too. And I think I might even have some candles laying around that I could put one in the thing.

Other than that it is work as usual. We havent had too many kids so they reallly only need one staff, so Stacy and I are taking advantage of the extra time and really getting some things done and put together.

Last Sunday Matt and I went to the lake with Pat, Ashley, Rudi and Amy. Rudi's Uncle has a Jet Ski and they pulled us around in the tube behind it... well not me... I was more than content to take the canoe for a paddle whenever i could convince someone else to go :)
Anyway, I will leave you with that. I am going to hopefully catch up on some other blogs. Have a great day!
Love yOU!
Amanda

Interesting comments you have there...
Maybe they like the dessert!

My boys love tubing tooo! My brother in law, Pete has a boat and brings it to the cottage so we can go tubing in August....the 'me' of 'we' prefers canoeing to tubing just like you! I prefer not to engage in sports that put my swimsuit at risk....always securely fasten that drawstring!!

You think they are asking for the recipe? I had comments like that for a while.
That desert looks absolutely delicious. You going to serve them when we are over? I'm defenately looking forward to the waterfall.
Have a great week. Love, DAD

Yum! Where's the recipe? :)
I hadn't heard that your parents were going over. Sounds fun. Something to look forward to in August. :D
I laughed at Tetcy's comments. So funny! Me -- I'd be the one on the shore taking pictures. Sigh - not too adventurous.
Luv, Tante Karen

Waht the heck is with your commenters?..were you at the casinos over the weekend with a few of the girls?? :) Just kidding. So thanks for the visual, so kind of you. the word visual just triggered a thought in my head. And if T.Tetcy reads this it may click for her too. Upper Clements Park.thorny bushes everywhere. Breaking In. Jumping into the thorns, while running from a security guard. really badly scraped legs. getting back, and counting and comparing scrapes...Bwahaha.. That was so awesome! And they say homeschoolers arent cool! :) So back to your blog.. :) My favorite part was about your valiant effort to secure a canoe partner, I can just hear you explaining that one to me. You are just too funny! Your awesome! Im jealous of you that mom and dad are coming to visit you! I love you very much man! Dianna
